We build applications and platforms — mobile, web, and the protocol work underneath them, and the ones that are live are open to anyone.

Why the studio exists

The app studio came out of a frustration: years of R&D on cryptography, distributed protocols, decentralised networks, privacy and cybersecurity, with none of it visible to anyone outside the field. So we built a team inside the coop whose job is to turn that work into applications people can actually open.

What we build

Consumer applications, platforms and internal tools, across whatever subject the work calls for. Video meetings, peer-to-peer messaging, multisig wallets and DAO governance, event ticketing, self-hosting, collaborative documents.

Under the applications

The layer underneath is the same team: smart contracts and core protocol work, most of it in the Gno.land ecosystem, most of it public on GitHub. That work has its own page — distributed protocols, cryptography & P2P.
